I have the Z77 Extreme 4 Motherboard and I can't get to the BIOS because the motherboard won't recognize/power my keyboard. When I turn on the computer it lights up for less than a second, but after that...nothing. Please help!

I see your point, but it IS being powered just not for long periods...I mean it powers up on Boot but after that it's completely dead. As for the port...I'll have to see if it works with another keyboard. I will attempt with another keyboard and get back to you.

I've been using this one for...about a year. I have a USB one though if that one might work I could try it...but Considering my luck with this one I'm not really sure.

If your USB keyboard works then it sadly means that your PS/2 keyboard is deficient and you should RMA immediately.

When I said that the USB works, I mean that it turned on and worked with my previous computer, but it does not work with this one ( I just tried), I'm not sure why it's not working, the USB is plugged in so it should work, in theory.

You may need to configure your on-board devices in the BIOS. Sometimes when you install a new motherboard all the USB ports bar one is disabled. Believe I know this I installed my new mob yesterday. http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/CROSSHAIR_V_FORMULA/

No, that's what I'm getting at. I can't get into the bios on Bootup because of the problem with the keyboard(s)

I used a new USB keyboard and it did not work. I will attempt to re-trial, or not do anything. So far everything I've unplugged is not essential to the Boot process or the Bios. The only hard drive I have plugged in has windows installed and was installed on a previous computer.
