cpu: intel celeron e3400 2.6ghz
RAM: DDR3 2GB
GRAPHICS: INTEL G41 EXPRESS CHIPSET
PSU: 400w

Yes it will work. You have a PCIe x16 slot.

It will work. The G41 chipset is compatible with all PCI-E revisions.

That depends ... Crysis 3 will not be playable. BF3 should be playable at lower resolutions and settings. Most other games should be playable but settings and resolutions will need to be lowered.

Yes you can but I suggest getting more RAM since 2GB isn't all much. If you can afford a better card I suggest getting one but the 6670 is still great.

With radeon hd6670 and the cpu i have can i play games like dead island , gta 4, just cause 2, saboteur, battlefield bad company 2 i added these games because i have them and i would like to play these games.

I just looked up the specs for your CPU. Most of the games you listed will either not be playable, at all (GTA4, BF3), or will perform so terribly that it would mostly be a waste of time (BF:BC2, Just Cause 2). Then the other two games you listed your CPU does not meet the minimum requirements: Dead Island and The Saboteur. You may not even be able to play them if either of these games does a system scan to see if you meet the min specs. If you are able to play them, it likely won't be enjoyable regardless of the GPU you are using.

By far most games won't run a system scan. But chances are it will run like garbage.

Your CPU is a bit worse then mine and it does sometimes bottleneck my GPU. Still runs most games pretty well.

I suggest you look into OCing.

Personally I would try overclocking first and see if the CPU will perform okay or not.

It is fairly safe. But you need a decent CPU cooler to keep it cool.
Your CPU should hit 3.2 GHz pretty easy. That would boost your CPU performance by about 23%

It probably will, but your PSU only has 14A on +12v. That is really really low for a "400w" PSU
