I`ve been having this problem a lot recently. I am usually just surfing the web when I turn my computer off then everything just turns off, and i cant get power to my computer.. it comes back on after a few days. after messing around with the plugs but its still a massive inconvenience. Here are the specs:
AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz CPU
8GB DDR3 Memory
Gigabyte Motherboard
AMD Radeon HD 7770
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

What power supply do you have and how old is it? Is it after messing with the motherboard power cables that it works?

and no sometimes but i feel as though its completely random sometimes it comes on after fiddling with motherboard cables, But sometimes it just comes on after unplugging and plugging back in. I have had it for about a year now.

That's really odd. If you can get access to another power supply, I'd recommend trying it out to see if it still does it. If it does it could be a voltage issue with the motherboard.
