will my pc run battlefield 4 on low- medium settings?

I am new to the forum. Please excuse me if I sound ignorant.
my specs are:
Intel dual core E660@3:06 GHz
6gb DDR3 RAM
AMD 1gb Radeon 7750 gddr5
generic pnp monitor with 1024x768 max resolution

so can I run it with about 30 fps?

The GPU might be OK at that resolution and settings, but if BF3 is any indication that dual core CPU will choke on the multiplayer. I had a dual core 2.66 with a 6770 and it was no fun to try and play (from the CPU side, not GPU).
