Get the CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W instead. The V2 in the TX series indicates that it was made by the best Seasonic unlike the un V2 made by Channel Well. Same price with a HQ build so its a win win.

Nvidia recommends a PSU with minimum 600 watt and a 12V rail with 42 AMPS for the GTX 770.

The PSU you've choosen features 650 watt and a 12V rail with 54 AMPS, it will be more than capable.

Mind that Nvidia always recommend higner performing PSUs than needed. Those two components (+ the rest, if it is kinda average) would be fine even with a decent 550 watt PSU with overclocking room left to spare.

+1 - No need to spend an xtra $20 for the V2 version. I like Seasonic ( I own one),
but those two PSU's are spec'd almost identical, there isn't $20 difference.
