RAM overclock messes with CAS and timings

So I am overclocking a PNY Optima 4GB RAM stick from 1333 to 1600.
It is running right now flawlessly overclocked to 1600 without changing anything but the FSB:D RAM from 1:3.33 to 1:4.

But I noticed that my CAS Latency and timings are ridiculously high.

My timings when this same ram was used with a different cpu was something like 7-7-8-21.

So whats the deal?
How would I fix this?
If I fixed this would I see a difference in performance while gaming and multitasking?

Thanks in advance.

1333 7-7-8-21 assuming will be faster than 1600 10-11-11-29 , check with maxxmem2 for AMD thighten timming more good . and Intel higher clock . the performance while gaming and multitasking? big size and stable is more different for both .. just @sugesstion

Thanks, I am probably just going to set it back to stock since I have AMD and give my GPU a little more juice. :)
