i7 4770k 750 watt psu asrock z87 professional, which will suit my system better? mainly for games n video editing, wanting it to last bout 3-4 years.

760 gtx sli or 780gtx?
i already have a 21.5" monitor, should i get another 2, or get a bigger 1080p screen?

I would get a single 780GTX, that way you can SLI with a second 780GTX if you for whatever reason need the performance that the second card would give you.

Plus single GPU systems inherently have less issues with game compatibility and frame lag (although, admittedly nvidia cards don't really suffer from this like AMD cards).
