Blue LED Exhaust Fan

Hello everyone, I am looking for 120mm Blue LED Exhaust Fans... I am kinda on a budget. Is there really any okay blue led fans that can be placed horizontal? I'm using the Nzxt M59 case,

Planning on placing two 120mm fans up top. I just cant really find alright fans for a low price, I'm just not wanting to buy a couple of fans and seeing them start to make noises right away .. do i need to recalculate and actually buy good fans? or are there some medium priced fans that can do the job? Help D:

Exhaust and intake fans are exactly the same, it just depends which way you orient them.

Cooler Master R4/Sickle flow are great for the price. I usually buy the cheapest ones I can find for myself but otherwise I really like the SILENX brand fans. I get these ones except they don't light up and they have a thermal sensor. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835226043

Just one more question... For a Fan controller, are these fans compatible? Or am I missing something and most fans can.. or maybe cannot be used with a fan controller at this price?
