Hey guys! I'm currently trying to build a budget gaming rig, and since money is lacking a bit, I can't buy expensive parts, so I'm looking for a good cpu/gpu combo for gaming. I'd be thankful if you don't pass the 200 euros mark. Also, I don't want a better gpu then cpu or a cpu better than gpu, because I don't want it to bottleneck with each other. Also, what's the best way to buy hardware components? I'm choosing all the parts from amazon, because I live in portugal and newegg doesn't ship to europe. Is amazon fine for this? Thanks for the help.

To be honest, at that price point it is probably better to invest in a gaming console.

You stated CPU/GPU combo, but do you need a motherboard? If you do, then I can suggest taking a Pentium G with an AsRock mobo and a HD 7750. But that combo will come to 230 euro ( taken from German or Dutch websites ). Please post more details, do you only need GPU/CPU and what motherboard is it that you already have? Or is it that you also need motherboard and other components? Afterwards we can provide more information.

I don't have any desktop pc right now, I'm trying to get one, but I can't get it if it's past 500 euros. I already chose every part, less the CPU and GPU. This are my specs:
- G-Skill 8GB Ripjaws X DDR3 2133 Dual Kit - Red (68,93 euros);
- Asus P8H77-V Motherboard (90,31 euros);
- Aerocool VS-4 Screwless Gaming Mid Tower Case with No PSU - Black (39,42 euros);
- Samsung 24x SATA DVD Writer - Black (16,32 euros);
- Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply Unit (54,44 euros);
- Seagate ST500DM002 3.5 inch 500GB Hard Drive (47,84 euros).

All this components combined give me a total of 317,26 euros.
I combined the pentium g2020 and an HD 7750, but I am afraid that the pentium is not good enough for gaming in the future (I don't plan to upgrade soon, after I get the machine). Any ideas? Try not go above 200 euros mark please.

Well sorry, but 200 euro is not enough for a decent CPU and a GPU. To be honest, I had general use PCs with an I3 2100 and an G840 and the G840 has around 80% of the real-life performance for half the price. Anyway, you can get an I3 and a 7750. Depending on vendor and country the I3 price can vary greatly. From alternate.nl and alternate.de I could find I3s for 110~ euro and HD7750s for 90~ euro. Price may be different from the vendors you would like to purchase. Anyway, for 200 euro you really can't be future proof.
