I recently got a EVGA GTX 650Ti SSC and it's has been weird, It sometimes has crazy spikes from 80fps to 20/30fps. This happens in all games regardless of situation, for example : I could be in a huge teamfight in LoL with 100s of spamming abilities and stay at 80fps, then go back to the shop/running to a lane and get 20 fps. I have no clue why this is happening.
