I'm running 1 classified gtx 680 and 1 ftw gtx 680.

They have very different fans on them and one can keep the card under 70 degrees at 40%, but the other card goes above 80 degrees at 40%.

The only solution I can come up with is running two different fan curves, but I dont know of a program that can do that.

Anybody know?

First off I do not have 2 graphics cards but I use the EVGA Precision tool that lets you change fan curve, voltage and mem/gpu clock, that has a GPU selection area to switch between any other cards you have installed. Whether that will let you choose separate settings for each graphics card I do not know but its worth a check out if you would like to.

Sorry for a vague answer.

Yeah that doesn't work. The fan curve applies to both cards.
