Which one should I go with, I need to explain something, I am building a computer with a budget at $1250 - $1270, i've picked other parts out (in my posts), and I have got it down to some things, I need to have a 650w or a 750w psu, it has to be $90.

I have seen 2 psus: Rosewill 750watt HIVE PSU bronze vs Corsair CX750 PSU, now understand that I will be willing to pay $100 for a top notch good powersupply.

Now I have a HUGE concern knowing I have never built a PC before, and I do know a lot about parts (not much haha) but I am really scared about a psu, I am scared it could catch fire if it is not functioning properly and catch my house on fire, and also I am scared it will ruin all my other parts that I have payed so much for, please help me I don't know what to do, if you could give me advice about which one I should get or what are the possibilities of it short circutting or catching fire, please give me one that is a decent quality and will actually work, and not do those things I had mentioned.
