IMO, your budget is wawy too high for a GPU to be used in 1366x768. a GTX 650 ti boost or an HD 7790 will do job well and can max out all games in that low resolution. also, if you buy a $350 GPU, that would be bottlenecked by your CPU. the best card that you can get on that budget is an HD 7970 but it is an over over overkill for that resolution. its a BIG waste of money and you cannot maximize the usage of that because of your PSU. even a gtx 660 is an overkill for that resolution.

change your CPU to little more powerful, change your resolution to 1080p monitor, buy a good quality PSU. with that, your $350 GPU will serve you very well, you could now maximize your GPU without wasting lots of money

Thank you for the reply! I was just wondering do you have any suggestions for a CPU, PSU and GPU? Also could you please suggest a GPU for my current resolution, and a future resolution of 1920x1080, Thanks I really appreciate it.

for gaming, i suggest you get an I5 but if you can't afford it, go with I3 rather than AMD. i3 is, unfortunately, better in terms of gaming than any amd processor. for the PSU, antec, seasonic and corsair are good quality psus. get atleast 600w with good amperage on the 12V rail. then for GPU, get a gtx 760, its a very good card for 1080p. for your current resolution, the best card without wasting money is a GTX 650 ti BOOST but if you want to be more futureproof, get a gtx 660 though it is a little overkill for 720p.
