Why do people say that Windows 7 Ultimate is better than the normal version?

Basically what the title says, everybody seems to have W7 Ultimate for gaming. Why? Why not the cheaper Home version? I dont see how the Ultimate version can be better for gaming. Help me out?

Often its cause they think if they spend more, they get something "better". I buy Pro for there reasons:

XP Mode
Domain Access
Backup Features

On the other hand....Ultimate gives you "BitLocker and the ability to work in any of 35 languages. That doesn't do anything for me, so I see no reason to spend the extra bucks.

the ultimate version have all the feature available for what pro and home are lacking. for example some feature that available in pro are missing in home ver because the home user might not need office or organization related feature vise versa. if your concern is purely gaming then there is nothing wrong or lacking with home version of win7.
