400 dollar pc build!

I want my friend to buy a pc to play LoL and Starcraft 2 at high settings and bf3 and medium settings. But it can't be over $400 and he needs an os. I need some help. I am thinking he should go with the amd A10 5800k. But that's all I got so plz give me some suggestions. Thanks!

Just now caught the caveat of needing an OS; kind of feel like a meanie.

Here's a quick revision. If you change the A8 to an A10, it just barely passed over 400.

I'm not satisfied with this build, and I'm not sure if it would meet your expectations. I think he should save his money and invest into quality components that will serve him better, for longer.
