This is what I'm currently running:

I5 2500k 3.3GHZ 6MB
Gigagbyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 Motherboard
Patriot Division 2 DDR3 8GB 1600MHZ
Asus EAH6850 1GB
Antec Truepower 650W
MAXTOR STM3160811AS 160GB
Zalman Z9

I use it everyday for surfing and gaming. I feel like something is slowing it down, any suggestions?

well... i'd get a new gpu. depending on your budget the following cards would be a noticeable improvement; the $150 level would represent approximately a 20%-30% improvement over your current gpu. You might want more, at about $250 you'll be roughly doubling your gpu power. After that point diminishing returns kicks in.

150 - hd 7850/650ti BOOST
200 - hd 7870/660 GTX
250 - hd 7950/760 GTX
325 - hd 7970
400 - 770 GTX
650 - 780 GTX

The other change would be to get an SSD.
