Hello there.

Everytime I play a game on my laptop (such as Gta San andreas), I can play smoothly with +-60 fps. This is not the problem, the problem is that after around maybe 15 minutes my fps drops to 10-20. If I keep playing with that bad fps the fps will go up to 60 again after around 20 minutes. This is very annoying so I need help. This are my Laptop Specs:

Windows® Life without Walls™ Acer recommends Windows 7.
Specifications vary depending on model.
64-bit software is required to enjoy the advantages of 64-bit processing.
Up to 1 GB of available system memory may be allocated for system resource requirements.
Shared system memory may be allocated to support integrated graphics, depending on system memory size and other factors. Actual system memory available to the operating system will be reduced by the amount of dedicated and shared system memory utilized by the graphics solution and resources required by the operating environment.
A 64-bit operating system is required to enjoy the ultimate performance of 4 GB memory.
Resolution/refresh rates depend on display capability and color/depth settings.
1 GB is 1 billion bytes. Actual formatted capacity is less and may vary depending on preloaded materials and the operating environment.
Actual throughput may vary depending on network conditions and environmental factors such as network traffic or overhead, building construction, and access point settings.
Acer Nplify™, a high-throughput wireless solution, delivers superior performance and reliable connections while enabling emerging voice, video and data applications. Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™, it supports Acer SignalUp™ wireless technology and is compliant with 802.11a/b/g/n and 802.11b/g standards.
Weight may vary depending on product configuration, vendor components, manufacturing variability, and selected options.
Your computer's battery life may vary depending on product specifications, computer settings, and applications or features launched. The listed battery life is for individual battery packs tested with MobileMark 2007 in productivity test mode and with wireless connection on. All batteries' maximum capacity will diminish with time and use.
Trial periods vary depending on the geographic region and specifications: 365-day trial for China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore (Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese OS models); 60-day trial for other regions.

Solution
Run IObit GameBooster prior to launching games on that laptop.
- It comes with heaps of pre-installed software that eats up RAM.
- It only has an Intel GMA GPU, which is the weakest GPU line available in laptops; even the Intel HD ~3000 series leaves that in the dust and most people wouldn't recommend either for playing 3D games.

Also, make sure the bottom of your laptop has airflow.
- Do not game on that machine with the laptop sitting on you, or on fabric or an uneven surface as it will overheat and slow down until it has cooled down enough.

It is for this reason that I run an Ultrabook (which only has marginally better 3D graphics performance, but they don't overheat).

You may also want to try PrBoom to Quake 2/3 or RTCW era games, or maybe even Half-Life2: Source (max, probably just half-life[1]: source or earlier), newer games will be far to heavy for that machine.

You could upgrade it to 4GB of RAM too...
