I just removed and put my graphics card in because it was clotted with dust and then I switched my PC on then nothing happened. It wouldn't boot from the graphics card at all, then I tried from the on-board graphics and it was fine. It doesn't come up in device manager unless I show hidden items, I'm using Windows 8 at the moment. The graphics card is all plugged in and it switches on fine but it just won't boot. Please can someone help me :(

Take he card out again and make sure there is no dust in the pci-e slot on the motherboard. It may just be a connection issue.

Did you clean the card with an air duster or take it apart ? if it wasn't taken apart then should be fine I would think.

Okay, I have done that and it's the same, it still won't boot up :(. I just used a dust-buster for it, it wasn't anything major. I didn't take it apart.

It's just 1x6pin, I've plugged it in correctly and it's still the same.
