My power went out for 1 second and my PC stayed on while monitor was black like if it lost signal. Once I restarted the computer it gave me the error: DQS training
failed on previous boot, reverted to slower Dram

I then restarted when the power was normal again (lights were flickering) and everything is back to normal.

Did the Dram revert back to "fast or notmal" automatically? Or do I have to go into bios? I can't find the option under BIOS regardless so if anyone has an answer if everything is back to normal or I need to re-revert it back to ffast/normal, please let me know! Thank you

Windows 2.6.1.7600
CPU Type:

AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 640 Processor
CPU Speed:

3.02 GHz
System Memory:

4.29 GB
Video Card Model:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460

TA785G3 HD

I downloaded CPU-Z, how do I determine if the dram isn't on 'slower'?

Reads 667 Dual Channel for 1600, 1.5v, is that correct?

1600MHz ram should show as 800 in CPU-Z (the single data rate), 667 is reporting a dual rate ram speed of 1333MHz - you should be able to set the ram back to 1600MHz in BIOS. I'm thinking that by the component list, your system is 2+ years old, have you had any issues with the CMOS clock needing to be set when restarting?

Never had any problems with the computer until the power went out for that 1 second keeping the PC on but monitor on standby. Clock has never reset or anything. I don't even know if I had it set to 1600. Where do I change those settings in BIOS?

Forgot to add, I had to turn the PC off through power supply switch, it wouldnt through on/off button.

Replace the motherboard battery , lost power as it came back to default setting , this would be the first message settings.
