Next month, i'll buy a PC. My friends and some people in the web, told that for the GTX 760, the best CPU choice is the A8-6600K.

What do you think?

I'm from Brazil, and this is my first post! Sorry if i write something wrong :)

Well, your friends aren't exactly correct there. The ' best choice'.....no definitely not. It's not a great choice. there are much better gaming chips out there, that would compliment a GTX 760 much better. It really depends on your budget.
The A8 will be a decent midrange gaming CPU, nothing special though.

For AMD the best chip is the FX8350, from Intel any I5 25xxk/3xxxk (like a 3450, 3570, 3570k, 2600k, 2500k) would all be much better gaming chips, and push a few more FPS out of that card than the A8 CPU would do.

Here, the things are very expensive. A GTX 760, in US, it costs 250$. In Brazil, it would be R$500, but it is R$1300!

But, does the AMD CPUs bottleneck with GTX 760?

But i don't want to spend much money, i want a mid-end PC. I'll buy a PS4, i only want my PC to play PC games with my friends that don't have a PS4. Do ypu the GTX 760 with a AMD A8-6600k will be good for the money and to me?

it's not a bad combination, and will get you med/high gaming on most games. Maybe no the newer ones. It's better than my system, that's for sure :) So I would be happy with it if someone gave it to me! :)

You might want to consider an FX-6300 then. The A8-6600K isn't downright bad, but it's not really the ideal CPU for a powerful graphics card (it's really an APU, so it's mostly intended to run systems without a graphics card).

APUs are like really really entry level gaming C/GPUs. You shouldn't use them in tandem with another GPU of any sort.

For AMD, try an 63XX or better.
For Intel, try any i5.

If you want just want a PC that will run all the games at 1080p mid/high settings go for A8-6600k + Radeon HD 6670. They will work with crossfire and give a performance that is pretty cool for the price.

Hybrid Crossfire is terrible and not worth the money.

The A8-6600k isn't exactly the best CPU for games that are CPU dependent, but it is decent enough. It is a bit slower than AMD's Phenom II CPUs from two generations ago. However, if that is what you already have then there's nothing you can really do unless you want to spend money to replace it. For games that are not really dependent on the CPU, then you should be fine.

For example, below is a performance chart for CPU using the GTX 680 in Crysis 3. The GTX 760 is not quite as powerful as the GTX 680, but the point is to look at performance level you are getting with your current CPU.

The A8-6600k is not part of the chart, but there is not much difference in performance compared to the slightly older Trinity APU. Therefore, look at the performance for the A10-5800k. Compare that to the AMD's Phenom II X4 980 that run 100MHz slower. In fact the Phenom II provides better performance than the newer FX-6200 Bulldozer core CPU; but that is no surprise to people who follows CPU performance. Crysis 3 performs better with Intel CPUs and AMD's FX-8350 CPUs, but they are more expensive than the A8-6600k.

Since you are already going for a dedicated GPU, there would be no point getting an APU.

As the others have said go for the 8350 FX, or if you want something cheaper, go with the FX6300. Neither will bottleneck the graphics card.

Also make sure your motherboard is AM3+
