The p8z77-M is the better choice. First of all, neither supports SLi/CrossFire so the bigger form factor for the Gigabyte mobo loses its advantage. If you go with the p8z77-m, you can build a smaller pc. Also, the P8z77-M is also cheaper at 119.99 on Newegg. Get the ASUS mobo.
Either would be a good choice, with your CPU being locked (it doesn't OC) might go with the least expensive and put difference into a better GPU, SSD or other component

If you don't mind how about the P8Z77-M Pro? It's only 20 dollars more expensive and only 5 dollars more than the Gigabyte mobo which also supports SLi. That might be better as far as future proofing a bit.
Thanks guys. I was in doubt with the P8Z77-M Pro because I read many negative reviews about it. How to work with web development, I need a reliable motherboard.
Oh yeah of course. It will come with HDMI and DVI and VGA. Just make sure you get the ports on the monitor for that. Otherwise, you could use an external video card and it will be supported. Yes the motherboard will have enough ports for the video outputs.
