What do you guys think?

I game on a 1440p monitor and would like to oc to 4.6 ghz

Solution
I wouldn't get a pre-built watercooler, to many horror stories. One high end card is better than two mid/high end cards. 80+ Platinum PSU, nice clean power for you expensive parts, Define R4 is a great case, the fans are really good in it too, I added 3 more of the same fan, two more in and one more out, any reason you want 16GB of ram?

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($279.99 @ Microcenter)
CPU Cooler: Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK 78.1 CFM CPU Cooler ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($209.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance...
Unless ya planning in 3rd GFX card, Id drop to an 850 watter, Corsair HX series or Seasonic X series.

I don't see as the Swiftech brings anything to the table....yes it cools a bit more but its a lot noisier.

I'd take the Corsair 500R (9.25 rating) over the twice as expensive Storm Trooper (9.00 rating).

$140 MSRP is now discounted to $70 on neweegg

Though frankly, on most of my $3500 builds I have used the Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow

Id also use three of these instead of the one 27"

I really don't see the PB278Q (5ms) as a gaming monitor being designed more for GFX professionals .... for gaming, ten 1 ms 144Hz monitors really kick it up

Should I drop the h220 and get a h100i? I want to oc to 4.4 or 4.6 ghz. Also my theme is red/black so are there any other mid or full tower cases that are like the storm trooper, are black, support red led and h220, and are just plain awesome?
