Administrator Issues with running virus scans

I am logged in as an administrator. When I run spybot search and destroy and it's completes its scan I try fix selected adware or malware viruses it says I need admnstrator privileges. I am logged on as administrator. HELP!

Do you right click and run the program as administrator?

I am trying it right now. I thought if you were logged on as administrator you wouldn't need to go that route. I will let you know. Thanks

It removed one of the 2 viruses but I am having problems removing malware win32.downloader.gen. I have followed instructions in this forum but those files I can't find. Thanks for your help.
