Just got a new set of ram, a new CPU and a new mobo

1. i think my mobo is coil whining.. Any way to fix that?
2. Why can't i get my 2400 MHz out of my Ram? I set the X-M-P Profile to 1, and it said ''Overclock failed'' Then i set et to number 2 and is works? (2133 MHz)
And I can't update the UEFI via AI Suite...
Any help?
