Hello!
I have a PC with windows 8.1 preview.Since yesterday the apps cannot connect to the internet.So,I ran from command prompt sfc /scannow as administrator to find out if it was caused by corrupt files in the windows directory.Turns out that command prompt had a message when the verification was over.It said some files were corrupted but it couldnt repair all of them.It said futher information are included in the C:/Windows/logs/CBS/CBS.log
Couldn't figure anything out.I took the file and uploaded so you can see,examine it and please tell me what to do next.

I really look forward to a solution to repair the files so I can access my apps again
