Get a modern GPU. Something like a 7770. That card is OLD.
Drop the PSU to a 500w unit.
Everything else should be fine.

Yeah its fine. That GPU will just use alot of power for what it is since its an older card. What is your budget for a GPU? I will recommend you something new that will perform the same or better for the same price or less.

Here is a 7770. It will use considerably less power. Perform the same. Make less noise and heat. Its a much better option.

Drop that CPU cooler because you cannot overclock that CPU.
After that it looks good to go. Remember that with that 64gb SSD you will really only be able to put the OS on it and maybe 1-2 programs.
