hi i recently upgrade from gtx 580 to gtx 670 and from i5 2500k to i5 3570k my problem is gpu z and others gpu programs show that my gtx 670 it runs on pci-e 3.0x16@x2 1.1 instead of 3.0x16@x16

i run 3dmark and unigine heaven with good scores.how can i fix this is this a bug?

Solution
May need a BIOS update, or a CMOS reset, it should support PCI-E 3 with the 3570K though not with the 2500K....another thought, might uninstall your nVidia drivers and load the latest, they may have info locked away the at paired the 2500K to your GPU, so actually try the Drivers first, then BIOS if needed, if not then try CMOS reset
