Case fan on HP Pavilion Revving

I recently replaced my GeForce 420 GT with 630 GT and I noticed when play games like BF3 the case fan will rev really high for about 30 seconds and then go down for a few minutes before repeating the high revving. I've minimized while in-game and checked my CPU and GPU temps and GPU is between 40 and 60 C while the CPU is between 30 and 50 C. Do I need to adjust the fan settings somewhere or am I running too hot?

Probably, you have your fan RPM on automatic so when the system becomes more hotter (under load) then your cooling fans will speed up to keep the components cool.

Dont be worried about it unless it really bothers you.

Int that case you wouldn't be able to adjust the RPM of your fans with a fan controller. Go into the BIOS and set all your fans (CPU, Chassis, Opt) to silent or around 60-70%.
