Hello everyone! I'm currently planning to build my own gaming computer which I'll used for obviously gaming, but also other stuff like video, photo editing, etc.

Currently I made a couple of research and managed to find components probably suited to my needs. However I'am still unsure if all the components are compatible. Please help me out with recommendation or changes that I could make.

Extras.
Oh and I'm from UK( just adding in case)
The windows 8 professional is free OS that I got from my college.
8GB Ram for the meantime but will upgrade later on.
Please do excuse my grammar.

Solution
*Your PSU is more than enough.
*Also I changed your 770 to the dual fan since it will be quieter and cooler cause the stock fans are loud.
*I also went with the whole small form factor, small but packs power. Easy to carry, doesn't take much space, and took off some weight. Look below for picture on how it would look like. It also fits a H100i on top and sli will also work with the case and mobo.
You don't have to consider what I picked, it was just what I would have done. Your current build right now is just fine, nothing is wrong with it.

Everythings is compatible with each other.
Can you maybe squeeze in a 770 in the budget?
Get a Higher Quality PSU. XFX a Seasonic PSU with a XFX sticker on it.

Nice setup!
but why did you chose for the h60? and not a double 140 mm radiator like an h100i which is a better option if you want a cooler system and maybe even queieter. (depends if a dual rad fits in your case)
for the graphics card : why an old series card if there's a new serie= why nothing like a 770 or if you don't want to pay that much a 760?

but your system is great to :)
I hope you can do something with this information. (and sorry for my english ;) )

Thank you for your feedback. I did a little comparison with gtx 760 and gtx670 and it displayed that performance wise 670 is still better. But thank you for your feedback I will do more research to determine which of these is really better.

Checked it and its true what you are saying, the 670 is idd better. (mostly if the benchmarks of the site i checked are corectly)
But what about the h60 why a single fan radiator?
maybe a h100i fits in your case?
I think an h100i keeps your system cooler and is quieter then an h60 isn't it? (if it fits of course)
Good luck with you build! ;)

hehe my budget still unsure but I would maybe max it to £1200 considering the current set up is already a good set up as you said. But I might give in a little more over budget if it will certainly improved it by a lot =) sorry again for my grammar

Thank you again for your feedback I forgot to answer your first recommendation about the fan. Im really sorry.

About the fan its one of the part I'm not very familiar about which is best. But thank you for your feedback I will research it and see if its going to fit.

For gaming you don't need an i7 or 16GB of RAM. I'd drop both of hose and invest in an SSD like a Samsung 840 Pro or OCZ Vector. I'm not sure I would go with that monitor - AOC isn't exactly known for high quality products. I'd also drop the low end liquid cooler for a higher end air fan like a Noctua U9B.

Thank you for your reply I will consider your opinion as I research more for the build.

Currently I updated the build to a h100i liquid cooling as I research that it will fit my case. Also decided to use evga gtx 770. And also change the Monitor to an LG one as recommended.

Please give me more opinions if there is still changes needed. Atm I'am unsure whether the 650W psu is enough =(

As you see you can put an H100i and a 650 would just be fine.

Thank you for everything will certainly follow your guidelines ^^

UPDATED: Quick question I see you also changed the motherboard, Does it mean Maximus VI Gene would perform better than MSI z87 g45 ??

Here what I decided to make.
Wanted to go full tower in case later on decided to go water cooling
Added SSD to make it primary for win 8 installation ( as research SSD provide faster and better performance)
Please comment again if there more changes to be made =) (but don't make it too high hehe already reaching £1.4k)

UPDATED: Quick question I see you also changed the motherboard, Does it mean Maximus VI Gene would perform better than ?

yes sir, made my Asus ROG. No difference just has less expansion slots but will perform the same or above the MSI. I just want you to know that the maximus VI gene is a M-ATX board not a ATX board like the MSI. so if you decided to go with my build a MSI mobo wont fit in the 350D since its a ATX not a micro atx.

No problem, I mean if you are never doing more than a sli then the Maximus VI Gene is just fine as you see its do able. No point in doing more than a sli unless you have a multi monitor setup, plus it just generates unnecessary heat and noise and possibly a micro stuttering but thats rare with nvidia GPUs.

Thank you I will keep that in mind. But yeah atm I probably won't do a Sli but then again if both have the same features, i'll just go with MSI as its cheaper hehe =)
