I'm going to use this build:

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor

CPU cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Mobo: Asus SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

Hard drives:

1)Western Digital Scorpio Blue 1TB 2.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive

2)Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive

3)Seagate Barracuda Green 1.5TB 3.5" 5900RPM Internal Hard Drive

4)Seagate Desktop HDD 4TB 3.5" 5900RPM Internal Hard Drive

5)Seagate Desktop HDD 4TB 3.5" 5900RPM Internal Hard Drive

6)Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

7)80GB Hitachi HTS541680J9SA00 SATA 5400RPM 8MB Notebook HDD

(Most of these hard drives I scavenged from other computers and devices.)

GPU: Two EVGA GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Cards in a dual SLI setup

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

---------------------------------

I'm also going to add a bunch of case fans.

I am also going to do some serious overclocking. I'm gonna OC the ram to 1866MHz. I'm gonna overclock both the graphics cards. I'm going to overclock the hell out of the CPU. I'm going to OC to the highest point I can while it is still somewhat stable. I'm gonna get as much cooling as possible.

Why so much power, storage and Overclocking? I was thinking that I would get a new computer, and then get a small server that I could run a VMware server on, but that would run me way above my budget, So I figured I can kill two birds with one stone and get an 8 core processor, a bunch of RAM and a GPU setup that was efficient to my needs, and run a VMware server in the background while I play games on low or medium. I'm going to overclock everything so I can get as much power out of my computer as possible.

PCpartpicker says that the estimated wattage is 621 watts, but I figure I need more power because I'm going to do as much Overclocking as I can.

Can anyone recommend a powerful enough PSU for around $100 to $200? Or is that not enough money?

A lot of these parts I am going to buy later on. I own all of the hard drives except for the 4TB ones. I'm going with the 660s because They cost around $150-$180 which I can fit into my $500-$540 budget if I get it on sale. My original plan was to go with a 650 Ti Boost, but the 660 will get me slightly better framerates, which I may or may not buy, depending on how much I can manage to fit into my budget. The only reason I put the two 660s was because I'm only going to get one to start, and once my graphics card starts to age I might add a second one to boost performance. The CPU cooler I will buy as soon as I can after I get the computer, since with my budget it is an extra $100 I cannot get straight away. I'm going to start with an 8-Core CPU and 16 GB of ram, which is something I have to fit in to my budget no matter what, because I'm going to run a small VMware server in the background while I play medium and high end games on low or medium. I just included all the parts i'm going to get because I want to be able to get a PSU that will be able to handle the multitude of hard drives, graphics cards, RAM and tons of overclocking i'm going to have and do without crapping out on me or creating a battery on the PSU. (I'm not sure if that's a thing, it's just something my friend who built his own computer told me could happen if you draw too much power from a PSU)

Anyway, would this be a good PSU for my needs?

Also, Azrael47, Thanks for that link. I was thinking of buying a Rosewill PSU, which, thanks to that link, I now know would have been a terrible Idea.
