Need help to boot my OS on my new rig

I just finished my first gaming build and have run into a bit of a problem. I can't find my flash drive that I keep win 7 on. I have a 500gb external hdd that I have win 7 on butit has a bunch of other stuff on it as well. Whats the best/easiest way to not erase any of the stuff thats on it but boot up win 7 to install on my new rig? I can hardly wait to try some games out and this little set back is killing me now. lol

So I can just download the iso and burn it to a dvd. Then boot the iso or will I need a program to open the iso?

In whatever application you use, there is a function called "Burn ISO image" or similar. This creates the actual disk, instead of just writing the single iso file.
