When it'd all said and done the evga 760 wins. Better warranty. Better tech support and 50$ cheaper at least than the 770. At the moment the Radeon 280x is the best deal at 300$
The GTX 760 and GTX 670 are very close in performance, maybe the 670 would be 5 frames per second faster, and for the price the 760 is better. Like ksham said, a 770 would perform a lot faster than both (770 is faster than the 680) for a little more than the 670.

In a lot of reviews the 670 is more like only 1-3 fps faster than the 760. The 760 did poor on the toms review though.
