Major computer upgrade, please help me doublecheck compatibility

I am working on upgrading my computer, it started out with just wanting to upgrade the case, but then i realized my current computer is BTX so I have to upgrade alot more than just the case. Below I have listed all of the components I would like to purchase. Can you please help me and doublecheck my work to make sure theyre all compatible. I am better than average with computers, but I do not trust my skills enough to do this by myself. Please help by telling me if these are all compatible.

as an addition to make complete sure that its all gonna be compatible, I am transferring over from my old computer a GeForce 8800 GT video card, and I am moving over a Creative SB X-FI sound card, are those compatible as well?

What is your power supply? And for your ram, I'd rather get an 1866 or 1600 frequency since it will help a lot to make your build faster. It costs more though.

Gskill Ripjaws X 2x4GB 1600 DDR3 Cl9 costs like $47 or more.
