Computer wont turn on after shutting down

My computer is not turning on after shutting down. I tried turning it on after a few days and it worked. Then after shutting it down it wont turn on again. I replaced my old psu to seasonic S12II 620w but nothing happened. I am using asrock extreme4 bought it 2 months ago. Please help.

it would help if we knew the whole system.

things to check:
power supply: make sure that everything is connected properly (not loose)
main power
CPU power
PCI-ex power to graphics card

RAM: make sure that they are secure and in the correct slots

this is all I can think of right now without knowing your setup.
