CPU temperatures high

Hello, I made my first build using the i5 4670k and the Corsair H60 2013 liquid cooler.

The CPU temperatures are 40c at idle and 90c at load.

The coolers radiator and tubes are always cold. Should this be the case?

That would be crazy overheating. 72 degrees celsius is the max for that CPU. It should have underclocked itself hard before it got to 90, to avoid permanent damage. Although it is possible to disable that feature in the UEFI of some motherboards.

You did apply thermal paste?
