So I am planning on getting this board: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...

For now, I am buying one GTX 760. I will buy another one later on and SLI. The problem is that I don't have an SLI bridge. I heard they don't come with the GPU's and they come with the boards. However, if you look in the picture or any youtube video's of unboxing's, these boards do not include an SLI bridge. When clearly states that they are SLI/CF ready. And to make sure, I checked the PCI-E slots. They were x16 and x8. Which is fine for SLI/CF. My question is whether you guys should think I should buy one or hope for the best when my board comes.

Thanks :D

You should buy a bridge, typically the boards only come with one that has 2x pcix x16 slots not a 16 and 8. Sli will work but they dont expect you to do it. My board supports crossfire but didnt come with a bridge.

x8 x8 has a bridge because it has identical pci slots. (Running same bandwidth)

So should I just get that board instead of buying an SLI bridge?

Because its running in dual x8 mode, it would be alot slower performance, you would be alot better off staying with the first board and getting a bridge, or getting a dual x16 board.
