Radeon HD 7450 Missing a majority of options in CCC

These are all the options currently on my card, Is there any way to get back all the graphics options?

EDIT:
This is the card that's in my PC as you can see there's no working driver link on this site.

Go to preferences in the top right, and click advanced view.

Are you using a laptop? I've never heard a 7450 in a laptop.

Download the newest drivers again and do a reinstall.

I've already done multiple complete uninstalls and reinstalls with multiple versions of drivers and still no dice.

Download the newest drivers again and do a reinstall.

I've already done multiple complete uninstalls and reinstalls with multiple versions of drivers and still no dice.


Unistall the driver completely, download and run driver fusion in safe mode, delete AMD drivers, reboot and install the newest drivers. If it didn't work, try downloading the drivers from the manufacturers website, XFX, Sapphire, ASUS, etc...
