So I'm a big fanboy of GTA IV I've got a stock dell Inspiron 530 Q6600 2.4 with 6gb ram, also running a GeForce 220 and it is laggy as heck with this graphics card so would the 8800gt be a better upgrade cause I get around 20fps I think them I like to record my game plays and upload to YouTube and its like 10-15 and I lag out of the game and it sucks:(

So 8800 will still make me lag? Like not even 25-30 when recording? That's how much 8800 is..50$?

its up to you for a 100 bucks prolong the life of the one you have the intel and amd chip makers are not really making leaps and bounds on cpu speed they are just tweaking them its for money not for us not like it was when there was completion for highest clock speed who was king or who would be king intel is faster at one time amd was faster then intel but as long as intel has no real pressure from intel they wont increase or make there chips much faster then last generation al tho a lot of folks may argue this but its true.
