Solution
If the unit has a cd rom make a hirem boot cd scan for a virus and run memtest86. If there a ram failure turn the laptop off and remove the battery. Flip it over and check that the ram is seated. Run hdtune read the laptop hard drive smart info for any warnings.

Hi, if you did any operating system updating, setup any Service Packs or
inatall any program so after that the blue screen was appeared then while
booting process press F8 button and then do rolling back to last success configuration.

Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. :) Though, We tried everything but it's still the same :( Some said maybe it's the graphic drivers so as of now we uninstalled the graphic drivers from HP and use the win7 graphic. Hopefully, bsod won't show up again.

Is there anyone who could explain what the dmp says?

You are getting an 7e BCCODE which relates to something in windows acting up. Usually this error is from either a windows update gone bad or a driver acting up when its trying to boot up.

In your dump files the problem points to AVC3 which is a bitdefender driver. (yay google) Get rid of bitdefender and see if that fixes it.
You are also getting a couple of different BSOD codes from the looks of your dump files.

One is the driver error I previously stated and the other is a "generic" system BSOD which can be a number of things...

If you have Hirens boot cd handy I'd recommend a chkdsk (Check disk)

Hello!

Thanks again for helping us!
I tried so many times to download the hiren but can't use it on my mate's netbook since it keeps giving us bsod and just a while ago it crashes all of a sudden *again* and it's like a tv screen with different colors and odd sounds (it sounds like a high pitch one) before shutting down. We tried to turn it on but always give us a blank screen tho you can see the power light and the caplock is on. It happened several times.

Then on the 5th times, we turned it on again and this is what it says :
" the file is possibly corrupted. The file header checksum does not match computed checksum"
Reboot again normally it will stay good for a while then crashes again. :(
badly need help now. :(

Thank you!

So it crashes before getting into windows? Have you added anything new to the system recently? (sorry if the thread says so) Can you get into the bios and sit there for a little while? If so change the boot order to a cd/dvd drive and pop in an os recovery disk and run chkdsk from there.

@HN : Thanks for helping but sadly i can't access the said link. it says "Server not found"

As of the moment i still dunno what the problem is. I don't know if we will buy a new ram memory or we just need to reformat it or there's something wrong with the HDD.

I just finish running the windows memory diagnostic and it says no errors at all. is it accurate?
