Would V6GT fit with Crucial Tactical Tracer Ram?

Can someone help me on this?
I have an Asrock Extreme 3 Gen 3 Motherboard with 4X4GB Kingston Hyper X T1 Rams,
I was planning on buying a Cooler Master V6GT CPU Cooler and Replace my Rams with
Crucial Ballistics Tactical Tracers, my question is, will the Cooler Master V6GT FIT with
the Tactical Tracer Rams on my Asrock Extreme 3 Gen 3 Motherboard?

V6GT's fan will cover the RAM slot nearest to the CPU socket area, therefor only ram sticks with a low profile heatsink can fit into that slot. Hyper X T1 sticks have gigantic heatsinks, therefor it won't fit into the RAM slot on the far left ( nearest to socket area ). In order to solve this, you'll have to either get another stick to put into that slot or leave it empty or ( my favorite workaround ) remove the RAM heatsink from that stick.

Yes, i was planning on changing my Rams, my question is will V6GT FIT with Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer on my mobo?
