Cannot set my new Corsair Vengeance 2x4 from 1333 to 1866

Hi.
I bought today Corsair Vengeance 2x4 1866ghz kit and since the default setting is 1333 I went into BIOS to set everything up my self. Everything was ok until I tried to change the ROW CYCLE (tRC) to 48. Well the max one is 42 and if I leave it auto it sets it to 45 and Windows does not boot at all!
My set up is : Arctic Cooling T11 | M5A78L-M LX | AMD FX-4100 4.2GHZ | Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 1866mhz | GTX660 GS | WD Blue 500GB | Seasonic 520W |

Its not only 9-10-9-9-27 timings I have to change something else. I will try again in a moment.
PS : I have the latest BIOS updated
PS2: With only the timings changed it doesnt pass STARTING WINDOWS load logo

I cant see to have such an option.... However I manually set it to 800mhz with auto timings and its now 920 but it isnt turbo mode or w/e

Well I managed to set it to 800 with auto timings and it says on CPUID 920(1840-45) but it still isnt turbo mode.. Well I guess i`ll have to settle with this.
