New GPU, now pc doesn't boot

I recently bought a new GPU (PowerColor 7850 PCS+) and when I install it my pc doesn't boot. I have a raidmax 730W PSU and the mobo is a H-CUPERTINO2-H61-uA TX from a HP 2180a. My computer works fine when I use my old GPU (7450M).

What brand of PSU would you recommend? After reading some things online I am thinking about returning the PSU.
