hello,

i was wondering if i should get a 7970 this summer or if i should wait for the hd 8950 or the 8970 comes out?
btw i'm going to play battlefield 4 and watch dogs when they are out.

your 7970 will run them both on ultra bf4 still only requires the 7000 series and for geforce the 600 series.

oh really, well then i am fricking manipulated
all though 6 or 4 gb gddr5 can come in handy with next gen games

4GB should be good unless you are playing at a res higher that 1080p

i think so aswell, but i've heard that next gen consoles are going to have 8 gb gddr5.
so i do think gaming studio's will make use of it, by for example higher res textures

That is only the PS4 and it is also being shared as regular RAM and VRAM so it really isn't much better.

and one more question, should i save some of money for the 8970 or stick with the 8950?
