i5-3570k(with z77 mobo and cooler) + gtx 650ti/hd7850 2gb
i5-3570(non k) + hd7870xt
i5-3470 + gtx 760
i5-3330 + hd7950/gtx 660ti

I don't want answers like "save money and buy i5-3570k + gtx760"

Thanks

Ps: non k cpu builds have b75 mobos and dont have cooler

Solution
The i5-3470+gtx 760 would likely give you best bang for buck, but I would suggest going haswell, mainly because of the perks of the new chipset, and potential upgrade path.
As there all four core intel CPU your not going to see much change in games frame rates. The newer CPU and mb will let you drop in the next intel CPU with a bios update. The ib mb and CPU are dead slot. With b chipset mb be carefull most only have one six gig Sata port on them. If you have too look at mini atx h chipset mb. If your going to game buy 212 cooler when it on sale or has rebate and is under 30. The intel stock coolers suck.

Thanks for the opinion.

Yes that's the cooler I'm going to buy if I get the i5-3570k. Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - 29.5€

But which set do you suggest?
