Hey guys,

I've been having random crashes for quite a while when gaming. Whenever there is a full screen explosion my computer restarts. No blue screen, just cold reset. I've replaced my RAM and graphics card with no luck so my motherboard is the next step. I'd like to keep as many of my other components as possible. They are:

Video Card:SAPPHIRE HD 6970 2GB GDDR5 Dual Fan

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-920 Processor (8M Cache, 2.66 GHz, 4.80 GT/s Intel® QPI)

RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX

Power Supply: COOLMAX RM-750B 750W ATX 12V v2.2 / EPS 12V v2.91 SLI Ready / CrossFire Ready Active PFC and Compatible with Core i3/i5/i7 Power Supply

And the Motherboard that has gone bad: MSI X58 Eclipse SLI LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: I forgot to mention this originally but I would like to also purchase an SSD so I would like a motherboard that is able to use 6GB/s Sata.
