6950 2gb crossfire

I've just received my second 6950 2gb card and when i got it working I tried gta 4, and it started in 800x600 23hz and it will not let me change any of the graphics options, my psu is only 650w and everything is standard clock, and according to other forums that should be alright. What im asking is, is it just not getting enough power or is it something else?

Its because GTA4 is a crappy port and doesn't detect hardware properly, it should fix if you disable Crossfire.
