Well, everyone ditched my old post so here it is again with updates...I got a 7770 in the mail today and i plugged everything in, went to boot up and i got to my homescreen and it just reset itself. I tried a few more times and nothing. Well out of sheer luck i was able to get the drivers installed (I think, because it now does 1080p instead of the like 800x600 crap)
Now its doing the same thing and idk if its my psu, or the gfx card

Specs:

5400k
a55 fm2 msi mobo
WD 160GB HD
3 Fans (2 Led) 1 250mm, 1 80mm
1 cathode
4 GB of 2133mhz ram @1.80v

Btw the card's shroud/heatsink is somewhat loose, the screws in the back arent flush with pcb, and they wobble with the headsink

You said you don't know if your PSU is an issue or not. I don't see it up there in the specs, it would help myself and others to helping you reach a solution if you make a nice list of all specs.
