Will phenom ii x4 945 work with my computer?

So I have a pavilion slimline s5514y (specs here http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c02293717&lang=en&cc=hr&taskId=135&contentType=SupportFAQ&prodSeriesId=4162194&prodTypeId=12454 ) and I want to upgrade to this cpu (here http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B002XNBQJQ/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new ) but I'm not sure if it will work. Also I recently upgraded to a radeon 6670 and a 350W PSU.

It should work, that motherboard has an am3 socket, which that processor has.

It'll run, but be careful of the power consumption. Personally, I'd get a 965 BE, but there's little difference.

What do you mean power consumption, It won't overheat will it?
Edit: Also the 965be is 125W and my motherboard only supports 95W.

He means that the wattage of the cpu, graphics card, and other parts might be too much for that psu. It wont overheat because of power consumption. You can use this to find out http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp

I would have to know all the components, such as the number of fans, type of cd and dvd drive, type of cooling system ext.

Edit: Well the processor I have is 65W TdP so would 95W tdp affect it much?

That wont cause any issues and the psu is about the only problem you will hit.

It wouldnt make that much of a difference, if there was an issue with the psu it would be better just to get a bigger one. A corsair cx500 would be the best bet if you had to upgrade.
