due to prices, I have 3 choices for monitor:
LG IPS226V
e2243Fw2k
Samsung S23A560H
considering all factors like contrast, angle, real colors, low latency and ... which one do you think is the best choice?
(LG is IPS and have good quality for sure but I think samsung would be good as well and can't make a decision) I don't have good info about monitors, please give me a guide.

I'd hugely recommend an IPS panel. You couldn't pay me to use TN now.

thanks buddy, I thought so too but one of my friends have Samsung S23A560H and he made me doubt, he said it has better viewing and better live colors than LG IPS226V, and another thing that causes I doubt in buying LG IPS226V is it's 8ms! don't you think it's a little high response time and would cause problem in playing some of heavy speedy games?

Haha your friend is wrong about that! As for response, although you shouldn't take manufacturer-quoted response times too seriously (honestly they're a load of crap), in this particular case there may be some slight trails. But you know the vast majority of TN panels have trails too? Though the fastest TNs are faster than the fastest IPSs, I think the fastest TNs are a little out of your budget anyway so chances are there will be mild trails with any of these models. Nothing too severe though so I wouldn't worry too much. To illustrate what I mean about manufacturer specs, the worst trails I've ever seen in a monitor review were on a 6ms panel:

Now see how another 6ms panel performs:

And an 8ms panel so you can see just how much that counts for :-)

however IPS sounds better but seems because of its response time it's not proper for games, right?
now two choices remain:
e2243Fw2k
Samsung S23A560H
I like samsung more and think it would be better choice, do you agree? is its quality, angle and other specs proper enough?

When people (reviewers included) say something like "TN is faster than IPS" it's simply because they're either ignorant of the facts or too lazy to go into detail. But take a look at these TNs for blur - not as fast as you think:

Many TNs are faster, but this should illustrate how just because it's TN, doesn't mean it's faster than IPS. Compare these to the above IPS panels and you'll see how TN doesn't necessarily mean faster. I game on a PVA (slower than both IPS and TN) and there's almost no blur noticeable at all. It's excellent for gaming on. IPS / PLS will be even better.

thanks Sam, you implied good points, in about 2 or 3 days I'm going to buy system including monitor, just as last question and for making sure I want to know can I rely on this monitor I mean LG IPS226V , specially I want to know won't I get in trouble with its response time (8ms) in future during the playing of fast games?
thank you

It shouldn't be a problem. It's faster than my monitor and mine is excellent for gaming on. Is it input lag you're concerned about or ghosting/trails? There's no such thing as a perfect response monitor - even the fastest monitor in existence will have a tiny amount of blur, just nothing noticeable.
