I'd get a 4670k w/ GTX 760 which should be more affordable

Gigabyte GTX760OC 1150M US$ 435 670 is more cheaper.

I intend to a crossfire in the future with a first config,
or a SLi with a second config.
In first config, i can change 4670k to 4570 to get cheaper
